LINDSEY TITONE
OWNER & LEVEL 3 STYLIST
Lindsey’s dream of owning a salon & clothing boutique came to life in 2017. With 24 years experience in the beauty industry, she designed the salon to make you feel completely at home. When you step in the door of Hello Beautiful our mission is to provide our guests with an unforgettable experience.

When you sit in her chair for your appointment, you are immediately greeted with a warm smile. She will listen to your likes and dislikes about your hair and recommend the color and cut that is best for your facial features as well as lifestyle.

Her main purpose as a salon owner is to provide her employees with opportunities to always grow to the next level. With a passion for education, the team is consistently elevating their craft to learn the latest trends and techniques.

The clothing boutique is designed for women of all sizes. Lindsey hand picks each item based on the current trends in fashion for ages 30s-60s. Her flair for style and fashion show throughout the different styles from boho to office attire.

In her spare time, Lindsey loves to paddle board, try new restaurants, and spend time with her husband, 2 children, and their animals.
KATE NEWHART
MANAGER & LEVEL 3 STYLIST
As the salon manager and master stylist, Kate is dedicated to making sure each client's visit is an unforgettable experience. She loves to use her creativity with free hand painting and textured hair cutting. Her attention to detail and precision shows in all of her men's hair cutting and foil work. When a client is looking for a total transformation, she gets excited to see the end result and the smile on their face.
Kate believes that by keeping up with continuing education, she is able to offer her clients the most modern, advanced color and style. If you want a stylist that you trust to keep you looking your best, meet Kate!
SHELBY HOLLOWAY
LEVEL 2 STYLIST
Shelby graduated from beauty school in 2011, and has been behind the chair for 10 years. She has continued her education by taking classes at the Vidal Sassoon Academy in NYC and is certified in lasio, hot heads hair extensions, and the American Wave treatment. She excels in blondes, balayage, baby lights, and styling.
If you are looking to leave with a bombshell blowout, Shelby is your girl! She listens to her clients needs and is sure to always take the time to get it perfect. Her energetic and friendly personality make each appointment like a visit with a trusted friend. When she’s not at work, you can find her hanging with her husband and two fur babies.
ELLEN CIESLAK
LEVEL 2 STYLIST
Ellen attended the Vision Academy-a Paul Mitchell partnership school in Allentown,Pa. As a licensed cosmetologist of 17 years and licensed esthetician for 11 years, Ellen brings to us a passion for precision hair cutting, razor hair cutting, and specializes in short haircuts and curly hair! Along with her passion for haircutting, she loves when clients want a change. Color corrections are always challenging but she is the first one step up to the challenge.

Throughout her career as a hairstylist she has trained with Wella Professionals at the NYC and LA Studios, Nick Arrojo, Bumble and Bumble, and worked for the color accessory company Product Club. She excels with dimensional reds and brunettes, baby lights, and balayage! Ellens passion in the industry is being behind the chair. But she is also certified by Dermaplane Pro and excels with eyebrow shaping and tinting. Ellen believes that there are endless opportunities in the beauty industry as long as you continue your education, and keep up with the modern trends and techniques.
AMY SHOFF
LEVEL 2 STYLIST
Amy is a talented stylist that has a has built the trust of many clients over the past 24 years in the industry. One of her strengths is having the ability to listen to what the customer wants and being able to perform the style they are looking for. She enjoys taking the time to educate herself on new trends and techniques.
Amy is great with precision haircuts, razor cutting, and coloring. Each person she has in her chair says she has a friendly demeanor and witty personality that makes their time with her a pleasant experience.
Zoe Woz
Manager/ LEVEL 2 STYLIST
Zoe's background and degree from Moore College of Art and Design along with 10+ years experience in the salon industry, drive her creativity behind the chair. She specializes in Balayage, Lived-in Color, and Short haircuts. Zoe loves to elevate her skills and knowledge through advanced education and consistent on-location classes. At the for-front of importance, Zoe's main goal behind the chair is to give a personal, positive experience as well as a customized service that fit's each client's individual lifestyle.
Sarah Kazmierski
Level 1 Stylist
Sarah graduated from Old Dominion University in 2017 with a Bachelors of Science in Fashion Merchandising and then realized after working in the industry that she wasnt fulfilled in her career.
At the age of 25, she decided to take a leap of faith and pursue her dream of working in the beauty industry. She can use her creativity to help people feel beautiful and confident from Head to toe.
Once you are in her chair you become part of her family. Her favorite services to are blondes, balayage, lived in color, and vivid fashion shades.
Sarah loves to travel, read a good book, spend time with her family, and snuggle her dogs!
Jenny Otero
Guest Happiness Team
Jenny is our smile behind the front desk. She answers the calls and is in charge of making sure the day goes by without any hiccups.
In her free time, Jenny loves to spend time with her husband and two boys, as well as baking the most amazing cupcakes!
