Our NEW cancellation policy is as follows:
We require a NON REFUNDABLE Deposit and a credit card on file to schedule an appointment. The deposit will be applied to services only.
You will be charged 50% of your scheduled service if you cancel or reschedule less than 48 hours before your appointment.
You will be charged 100% of your scheduled service if you cancel or reschedule the day of your appointment and if you don't show up for your appointment.
We understand that things come up and sometimes you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you give us more than 48 hours' notice.
Our stylists work on commission, which means if you don't show up, they don't get paid. Canceling or rescheduling the appointment last minute doesn't allow them enough time to fill up that spot.
Our policy exists to ensure our stylists are compensated fairly for their valued time and talent.
